This bike has a brilliant on board Auto Tuning System! Possibly the best OEM software on the market at the moment - It does not need to be dyno tuned!
 
With the base Flash we can reset Closed AND Open Loop Target Air Fuel Ratios - with this, the bike will auto tune and reset itself constantly for perfect tuning.
(have a look at the dyno runs that we did a few days after the base flash at roughly 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% throttle position - perfect Afr's)
 
Small changes are needed to the Requested Air Fuel Ratios to fine tune the Fueling.
With these changes the ecu will ensure that the bike will ALWAYS be perfectly tuned in real world conditions, with on fuel and will never need to be dyno tuned.
 
We will also make some basic changes to your stock ecu settings that will greatly de-restrict your bike, without going too far and making any changes that could harm your bike (the bike will run healthier and it will DEFINETLY increase the longevity of the motor)
 
The small changes that we can make at your request are 
- Lower on and off Fan Temperatures
- Adjust Idle RPM
- Reset Target AFR's - Open and Closed loop
- Remove restrictions with Electronic Throttle Valves
- Remove restrictions in Ignition Timing (Part, Medium and Full loads)
- Reset Injectors start point on Deceleration
- Disable the Lambda sensor (different to the wideband Air Fuel Sensors)
- Disable the Pair valve 
- Disable the side stand switch
 
We can get rid of some annoying Fi Error codes, improve your bikes day to day running temperatures, make it more responsive, smoother, reduce engine braking, often make it a bit lighter on fuel, more reliable and much more powerful throughout the rev range.
 
We can also return the mapping to stock and reload the de-restricted maps as many times as you'd like for no extra charge  
 
We don’t need the bike on our dyno for this, we don’t even need the bike.
 
All you need is for you to remove the ecu, courier it to us,
I will make some adjustments and we will send it right back to you.
or, if you are in Cape Town, you are welcome to come around to our workshop at Killarney Race Track and we can remove it, flash it and refit it for you at no extra charge.
 
Base Price is R3500 for the flash excluding courier fees, that we can arrange with you directly. (post net has a secure R185 overnight service and 'The Courier Guy' offers an overnight door to door service)
 
The Base Flash takes about an hour to do and you are welcome to wait if you come into our workshop or we will do it the same day if it is couriered.
