This bike has one of the best closed loop fuelling systems!
Small changes are needed to the requested Air Fuel Ratios to fine tune the Fueling.
With these changes the ecu will ensure that the bike will ALWAYS be perfectly tuned in real world conditions and will never need to be dyno tuned.
 
I will make some basic changes to your stock ecu settings that will greatly de-restrict your bike, without going too far and making any changes that could harm your bike.
 
All bikes are different, what works for one, will usually not work for another;
I will fine tune the mapping on your ecu and never load a map from another bike.
 
On this model we can,
- Lower on and off Fan Temperatures
- Retune Fuel Base for South Africa Conditions
- Remove restrictions with Electronic Throttle Valves
- Reset Injector Balance
- Adjust Idle RPM
- Increase RPM Limiter
- Enable Injectors on Deceleration
- Reset Exhaust Flap Opening
- We can also tune in light pops and bangs for some entertainment on deceleration
 
If your bike has some mods, i can
- Disable your Exhaust Valve
- Disable Lambda sensors - if you choose to run an open loop fuelling configuration
 
This will get rid of annoying Fi Error codes, improve your bikes day to day running temperatures, make it more responsive, smoother, often lighter on fuel, more reliable and much more powerful, throughout the rev range.
 
We don’t need the bike on our dyno for this; we don’t even need the bike.
 
All we need is for you to remove the ecu, arrange collection for the Ecu,
I will make some adjustments and we will send it right back to you.
 
Base Price is R3500 for the flash and an additional R400 for courier.
Courier Insurance can be added at R86 per R1000,
You could even arrange your own courier, if you’d prefer.
 
The entire process should take 3 to 5 working days, from your door, back to your door.
