Correcting fuelling is always the most important part of making power! Always!

 

This service is perfect for bikes that already have Power Commanders, Bazzaz units or that already have perfectly tuned fuelling - I will not make any fuelling changes without having the bike on a dyno, that could just create problems.

 

I have spent many, hours on the dyno with a few of these bikes, perfecting this base flash.

 

I can make some basic changes to your stock ecu settings that will greatly de-restrict your bike, without going too far and making any changes that could harm your bike.

 

All bikes are different, what works for one, will usually not work for another;

I will fine tune the mapping on your ecu and never load a map from another bike.

 

On this model we can,

- Change your ECU Region (US and some European maps  is very restricted)

- Lowered on and off Fan Temperatures

- Reset Electronic Throttle Maps
- Adjusted Idle in neutral and gears
- Adjust injector balance

- Enable Injectors on Deceleration

- Disable Exhaust Servo Fi Codes

- Increase Rev limiter

- Disable Top Speed Limiter

- Disable EVAP / Purge Valve

- Disable 02 sensor

- Disable Knock Sensor

- Reset Exhaust Valve Opening maps 

- Disable Exhaust Valve

- Disable Pair Valve

- Disable Steering damper 
- We can also tune in light pops and bangs for some entertainment on deceleration

 

This will get rid of annoying Fi Error codes, improve your bikes day to day running temperatures, make it more responsive, smoother, often lighter on fuel, more reliable and even a bit more powerful, without touching fuel settings.

 

We don’t need the bike on our dyno for this basic tune, we don’t even need the bike.

All we need is for you to remove the ecu, arrange collection for the Ecu, I will make some adjustments and we will send it right back to you.

 

Base Price is R1500 for the flash and an additional R400 for courier.

Courier Insurance can be added at R86 per R1000,

You could even arrange your own courier, if you’d prefer.

 

The entire process should take 3 to 5 working days, from your door, back to your door.
