It has a completely different feel to the others built on the same platform - The MT09, Tracer, Tenere, Xsr900 GP and I assume the R9 (I didn't have the opportunity to ride one yet) all feel completely different
 
Yamaha is brilliant with electronics!
This version has by far the most restrictions than the others
 
Most important to me is keeping the feel of a café racer, I can eliminate most and reduced a reduced the rest as much as I can, without changing the bikes personality.
 
I can tune both road and rain modes, with the same power - with the same power on top at wide open throttle just coming in slower and more gently.
 
We don’t need the bike on our dyno for this basic tune, we don’t even need the bike.
All we need is for you to remove the ecu, arrange collection for the ecu, I will make some adjustments and we will send it right back to you.
 
Base Price is R3500 for the flash and an additional courier fee, that we can arrange with you directly.
 
The entire process should take 3 to 5 working days, from your door, back to your door.
